TOP-5530 Syringe Pump
The TOP-5530 is a standard human-rated syringe pump with a basic set of features. The on-site clinical capabilities are outstanding, though.
Easy-to-Use, Continuous and Bolus
This ‘micro-continuous infusion pump’ — or just syringe pump — is used for the infusion of anesthetics, chemotherapeutic agents, anticancer drug, oxytocic, anticoagulants, but also for parenteral nutrition and for blood transfusions. An additional bolus can be administered during infusion, manually or with a specified volume.
Safety
Alarms are both audible and visible and they can be configured. An internal battery, which may last for up until 12 hours when full, ensures continued infusion during power outages or transport. An incorporated Drugs Library (available with External Communication Connector only) is there to help find the appropriate infusion settings.
